Easy Potato Wedges

These easy potato wedges make a super addition to a meal or can be served on their own with a dip of your choice.  These wedges are crispy, delicious and a more healthy option to chips made in a fryer.


4 medium potatoes washed and dried

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp plain flour

1/2 tspn onion powder

1/2 tspn garlic powder

1/4 tspn Paprika

Pinch of salt

Black pepper

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.

Cut the washed potatoes into wedges.

Place into a large bowl and dry off with a kitchen paper towel.

Pour over the olive oil and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Lay potato wedges out onto a greased baking tray and cook for 25 minutes until brown and crisp.
